The short version

This portal uses essential cookies only. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party trackers. Nothing here follows you to other sites, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing optional to consent to.

What gets set

Signing in stores a session cookie (issued by Supabase, our authentication provider, and named with an sb- prefix). It holds the token that identifies your signed-in session and is refreshed as you browse. It is set only after you sign in, and it is cleared when you sign out.

Signed out, the portal sets no cookies at all — the public pages read the same either way.

What isn't a cookie

Before launch the site may sit behind a password prompt. That prompt uses HTTP basic authentication, which your browser holds for the session; it does not set a cookie of ours. Fonts are loaded from Adobe Fonts (Typekit) as static files.

One embedded map

The dashboard shows a small map of the building, embedded from Google Maps. Because it comes from Google, that map can set Google's own cookies inside the map frame. It is the only third-party embed on the site, it loads on the dashboard only, and it is not used to track you across other sites. The Privacy Policy lists the outside services the portal relies on.

Turning them off

Your browser can block or clear cookies for this site. Blocking the session cookie means sign-in cannot persist, so account features — bookings, RSVPs, waivers and comments — stop working. Public pages continue to load.
