Privacy and what others can see

Who can see your bookings, RSVPs and comments — and what you're sharing when you share a link.

A few links carry their own signed access so calendar apps can read them without a login:

  • Your personal booking feed — shows your reservations to anyone holding the link. Treat it like a password.
  • A single booking or event file — that one item only.
  • A room availability feed — busy times only, marked Booked, with no titles or names.

Your name will appear on the attendee list for events you RSVP to — front-desk staff use it to check people in at the door. If that's a problem for a particular event, speak to the Community Engagement Manager.
