What the portal is

What The VIC portal does, who it's for, and what you can get done in it.

The VIC tenant portal is the online front door to the building at 18110 SE 34th St, Vancouver WA. It replaces the previous Equiem portal. Everything a member of a tenant company needs day to day lives here: reserving a conference room, RSVPing to building events, signing amenity waivers, ordering from Foode, and getting a message to the building team.

What the portal does not do

Being clear about this saves everyone a round trip:

  • It is not a maintenance ticketing system. There is no ticket number and no status to track. Urgent maintenance goes through your company's office manager, who has the direct line. See Reporting a problem.
  • It does not take payment. Foode orders are placed and paid on Foode's own storefront; the portal shows the menu and hands you off.
  • It does not manage your lease, invoices, or building access badges. Those stay with your company's office manager and VIC asset management.
  • It does not sync your calendar automatically. You choose to subscribe or add an event — the portal never writes into your calendar on its own.
