Unsubscribing and resubscribing

Turning off building announcements — and what keeps arriving regardless.

Every broadcast carries an unsubscribe link in its footer, and most mail apps also show a one-click unsubscribe control at the top. Either works.

  1. Open any recent building announcement.
  2. Click Unsubscribe in the footer (or your mail app's own unsubscribe button).
  3. Confirm on the page that opens. You'll see a confirmation immediately.

Changing your mind

There's no self-service resubscribe. Ask building staff to take your address off the suppression list and broadcasts resume.

WhyThe unsubscribe link is invalid, expired, or was only partly copied.
FixUse the link from the bottom of a recent email rather than an old one, or ask the front desk to unsubscribe you directly.
You unsubscribed but announcements keep arriving
WhyA broadcast already queued before you unsubscribed can still land, and messages sent to a shared address won't match your personal one.
FixGive it one send cycle. If it continues, tell building staff which address is receiving them.
